設(shè)計(jì)的日常
  D DAY或“日?!笔且粋€(gè)突然發(fā)生的展覽,它源于對一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)瞬即逝時(shí)機(jī)的即時(shí)性反應(yīng)。與設(shè)計(jì)工作的性質(zhì)吻合,這種動態(tài)地對現(xiàn)實(shí)作出的敏捷反應(yīng),讓D DAY成為了一個(gè)批判性、預(yù)見性與實(shí)驗(yàn)性的設(shè)計(jì)事件。
  D DAY展覽試圖將隱匿于設(shè)計(jì)作品背后的設(shè)計(jì)過程與工作方法,甚至是設(shè)計(jì)師的設(shè)計(jì)日常與工作形態(tài),都直接推向公眾。四個(gè)參展工作室在他們?nèi)粘TO(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目或研究項(xiàng)目中的進(jìn)展將成為展品,從而讓現(xiàn)場成為了展示設(shè)想、會議、草圖、爭論的空間。參展工作室每天提交工作進(jìn)度文件包,包括日志、文本、草圖、照片、樣稿等一切過程資料,由助理在現(xiàn)場每天即時(shí)收集、打印并在墻面上張貼與更新,成為不斷生長的日志與檔案。也就是說,展覽現(xiàn)場與設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展是同步的。
展覽期間在現(xiàn)場每周還將安排一次設(shè)計(jì)師們出現(xiàn)的“D TALK”討論會。這是一個(gè)從來沒有過的、基于時(shí)間線索不斷變化的設(shè)計(jì)展覽,而展覽真正的高潮,也就是閉幕式,將在2010年4月18日展覽結(jié)束時(shí)出現(xiàn)。

前言
  D DAY可以理解為Daily Design“日常設(shè)計(jì)”,也可以理解為Design Day“設(shè)計(jì)日”,作為觀眾,今天是您的設(shè)計(jì)日,您將參與設(shè)計(jì)師的日常設(shè)計(jì)工作。
  我們每天的生活都在被設(shè)計(jì)師設(shè)計(jì)著,眼前充斥著設(shè)計(jì)師設(shè)計(jì)的印刷品、網(wǎng)頁、電子讀物,身邊是設(shè)計(jì)師設(shè)計(jì)的空間環(huán)境,用著的是設(shè)計(jì)師設(shè)計(jì)的物品。設(shè)計(jì)改變著我們的生活形態(tài),設(shè)計(jì)影響著我們對事物的認(rèn)識,我們被設(shè)計(jì)師設(shè)計(jì)著。
但設(shè)計(jì)師如何工作,設(shè)計(jì)師與客戶 、用戶如何溝通,創(chuàng)意是如何產(chǎn)生的,設(shè)計(jì)最終是如何實(shí)現(xiàn)的,隱藏在設(shè)計(jì)作品背后的設(shè)計(jì)思維與設(shè)計(jì)過程,大眾所知并不多。
  通過這個(gè)展覽,觀眾可以參與,見證正在發(fā)生的,進(jìn)行的設(shè)計(jì)過程,四個(gè)當(dāng)今引領(lǐng)中國平面設(shè)計(jì)的有代表性的設(shè)計(jì)工作室每天將他們的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)幕展示給觀眾,讓大眾了解設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)在因素,讓同行受到啟發(fā),讓我們不再簡單的被設(shè)計(jì)。
D-DAY常用來指諾曼地登陸的日子,是犧牲、殘酷、災(zāi)難、勝利與成功的象征,希望觀眾從這個(gè)獨(dú)特的展覽中看到的是設(shè)計(jì)過程的挑戰(zhàn)、艱辛,煩惱與愉悅。

  王序設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)建于1995年,總部位于廣州,2009年在北京開設(shè)分公司。廣州與北京公司分別設(shè)在南北兩個(gè)城市的美術(shù)館內(nèi)。王序設(shè)計(jì)沒有定位、沒有固定的模式、沒有風(fēng)格、沒有常規(guī)、也沒有疆界的。獨(dú)特的模式影響著我們的設(shè)計(jì)思維和項(xiàng)目操作,也形成了我們與眾不同的設(shè)計(jì)之路。公司的價(jià)值觀與信念是原創(chuàng),信奉原創(chuàng)是生命活力的體現(xiàn),是設(shè)計(jì)新鮮度的保證。在實(shí)踐中堅(jiān)持從二維、三維到多維的跨界、跨學(xué)科的思考,在設(shè)計(jì)之上看設(shè)計(jì),將設(shè)計(jì)概念發(fā)散性地滲透于項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施中,使一切皆有可能。公司經(jīng)歷了十幾年的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,擁有跨學(xué)科、跨地域合作的優(yōu)勢資源。憑著非單一的思維與非常規(guī)的操作模式,在品牌命名、品牌形象、品牌傳遞、動態(tài)平面、環(huán)境(空間)平面、展覽策劃/設(shè)計(jì)、書籍出版/設(shè)計(jì)、藝術(shù)商品開發(fā)等領(lǐng)域中,為眾多客戶提供了專業(yè)的服務(wù)。
wx-design was established in 1995 in Guangzhou, the south city in China. It opened its Beijing office in 2009. The Guangzhou and Beijing offices are located in the two art museums in the two cities respectively. The company does not have specific positioning, fixed business mode, or fixed style, nor is confined by any rules or boundaries. We value the importance of innovation and believe that innovation makes our design vigorous and refreshing. Over the past decade, wx-design boasts versatile conception, cross-disciplinary advantage and cross-regional resources. We have provided professional services for our clients, covering naming, branding, brand communication, motion graphic, environmental (space) graphic, exhibition planning/design, book design, and comprehensive design projects related to arts, etc.

吐毛球設(shè)計(jì)工作室 TOMEETYOU Design Studio
  吐毛球是一間在北京的平面設(shè)計(jì)工作室,成員包括廣煜與劉治治。奇怪的名字是由于工作室里有一只非常像“主人”的野貓,它很不健康,從來沒有吐過一次毛球。工作室的英文名字是“to meet you”, 大概就是見到你之后,有一種非常說不出來的感覺吧,我們希望自己的工作能給大家?guī)砀嘤腥さ母惺堋?BR>It is a graphic design studio in Beijing. Its Chinese name and English name are not related at all. In Chinese, it is called "Tu Mao Qiu", a similar pronunciation to "To Meet You", It means “(cats) vomit hairball". This strange name comes from a very particular homeless cat, who makes the design studio his home and behaves like an owner. He is not healthy for he never vomits up any hairball. The English name "To Meet You" probably indicates that after meeting you, nobody knows what happens next. We hope our work can bring more interesting stuff to everyone.

OMD當(dāng)代設(shè)計(jì)中心 OMD Contemporary Design Terminal
  OMD當(dāng)代設(shè)計(jì)中心在2007年由蔣華與李德庚共同創(chuàng)立,是一個(gè)連接策展、出版、設(shè)計(jì)和研究的工作平臺與協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡(luò),擁有開放的工作邊界與不限定的協(xié)作領(lǐng)域,尋求一切的可能性來為當(dāng)下的設(shè)計(jì)拓展更大的社會能量。OMD試圖主動介入社會生產(chǎn)的諸多層面,并尋求在各種新的領(lǐng)域與節(jié)點(diǎn)中發(fā)揮設(shè)計(jì)的作用及探討設(shè)計(jì)的意義,以多重身份致力于當(dāng)代設(shè)計(jì)研究、實(shí)踐與推廣。作為設(shè)計(jì)師、研究者與寫作者,他們編輯了一系列有影響的設(shè)計(jì)書籍,并推進(jìn)著若干設(shè)計(jì)研究項(xiàng)目。作為策展人,他們參與了 “社會能量——當(dāng)代荷蘭交流設(shè)計(jì)”、“POST__”當(dāng)代國際海報(bào)回顧、“在中國設(shè)計(jì)”、寧波國際海報(bào)雙年展、“TYPOSTER100”、“No Paper”實(shí)驗(yàn)海報(bào)12人邀請展、“設(shè)計(jì)的立場──來自中荷建筑、服裝、書籍與產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的八種態(tài)度”等重要設(shè)計(jì)事件。蔣華與李德庚分別執(zhí)教于中央美術(shù)學(xué)院設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院與清華大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院。
As designers, researchers, writers and curators, Jiang Hua & Li Degeng co-founded OMD Contemporary Design Terminal in 2007, which is based on multidiscipline and provides a comprehensive platform and network for curation, publication, designing and research. OMD covers unlimited cooperative fields, it tries looking for all possibilities to explore more social energy for contemporary design. Thus initiatively OMD involves itself in many social production scopes, intending to give full rein to designing in every new field and node, meanwhile exploring the meaning of design. They approaches design with multiple status, committing themselves to the research, practice and promotion of contemporary design. They published many design books and also are the curators of many influential design exhibitions in China including "Social Energy: Contemporary Communication Design from the Netherlands", Ningbo International Poster Biennial, "Post__" Contemporary International Poster Retrospective, "TYPOSTER100", "No Paper: Experimental Design Invitation Exhibition", "Designing in China" and "Taking a Stance". Now Jiang & Li are the lecturer at CAFA and Tsinghua University.

韓家英設(shè)計(jì) Han Jiaying Design
  韓家英設(shè)計(jì),以一貫的國際與文化視野的品牌規(guī)劃傳播解決方案,正在積極推動本土品牌的建立與成長。
