2010年的主題為“Labels-標簽”，共收到來自73個國家和地區(qū)，1207位參與者的1728件作品。參賽者展示著各自對主題的理解與思考，亦創(chuàng)造出許多值得玩味的作品。伊撒卡島海報競賽雖未如其它著名的老牌海報展享有盛名，但它呈現(xiàn)出別具一格的特色，讓許多年輕設(shè)計師與學生們擁有一個展現(xiàn)自我思考的舞臺。
