芬蘭拉赫蒂?lài)?guó)際海報(bào)雙年展是世界五大海報(bào)展之一，芬蘭拉赫蒂?lài)?guó)際海報(bào)雙年展已經(jīng)連續(xù)舉辦17屆,2011第18屆芬蘭拉赫蒂?lài)?guó)際海報(bào)雙年展于2011年6月10日至9月25日在芬蘭拉赫蒂藝術(shù)博物館舉行,向全球各地設(shè)計(jì)師征集海報(bào)作品。

作品提交要求：
作品類(lèi)別：A. 文化海報(bào)、社會(huì)海報(bào)、商業(yè)海報(bào)類(lèi)B. 環(huán)境公益海報(bào)類(lèi)（Tarasti獎(jiǎng)）
所有作品必須是2009年1月1日以后設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)作的。
作品尺寸要求： 最小尺寸42 × 60厘米 最大尺寸120 × 180厘米
（請(qǐng)注意：今年提交作品新形式——參賽者應(yīng)先填寫(xiě)表格并上傳電子作品,
上傳電子作品的步驟如下：先點(diǎn)擊http://lahtiposter.fi / 點(diǎn)擊Enter / 點(diǎn)擊English / 點(diǎn)擊Submit / 后填寫(xiě)表格信息并上傳電子作品)。
每位參賽者最多可以提交4件作品。
參賽者應(yīng)在2010年11月30日之前提交參賽電子作品并上傳到以上網(wǎng)址：http://lahtiposter.fi/
上傳的海報(bào)的電子文件要求：A4，RGB模式，JPG格式，分辨率300 dpi。
參賽者應(yīng)該填寫(xiě)參賽表格 ，填寫(xiě)內(nèi)容包含參賽者姓名，出生日期 ，聯(lián)系信息 ，還有海報(bào)類(lèi)別，海報(bào)的標(biāo)題，海報(bào)創(chuàng)作時(shí)間，海報(bào)的尺寸（高x寬），客戶(hù)（填寫(xiě)信息用英文填寫(xiě)）。
組委會(huì)將從提交的參賽電子作品中選出入選參展作品，參賽者必須將入選參展作品的紙質(zhì)印刷品于2011年2月28日之前寄到以下地址：Lahti Art Museum，Vesijärvenkatu 11 A, 15140 Lahti, Finland or to P.O.Box 113, 15111 Lahti, Finland

規(guī)則：
1 入選參展的海報(bào)作品打印技術(shù)自由選擇。
2 參賽者表格必須詳細(xì)填寫(xiě)，并同海報(bào)電子作品一起上傳給官網(wǎng)（參賽者應(yīng)填寫(xiě)表格并上傳電子作品）。
3 在表格填寫(xiě)的資料信息將用于芬蘭拉赫蒂?lài)?guó)際海報(bào)雙年展目錄書(shū)籍中，組織者不對(duì)參賽者提供的資料信息負(fù)責(zé)。
4 組委會(huì)享有對(duì)參賽海報(bào)作品進(jìn)行復(fù)制，展覽，宣傳，出版等權(quán)利。
5 參賽的海報(bào)作品和電子文件資料將不予退還。
6 入選參展的海報(bào)作品不得裝裱。
7 請(qǐng)妥善包裝入選參展紙質(zhì)印刷品，組委會(huì)不接受有任何損壞的作品參展，郵寄過(guò)程中所有包裹必須明確標(biāo)注無(wú)商業(yè)價(jià)值聲明的標(biāo)簽——“ NO COMMERCIAL VALUE”。
8 參賽者必須自行支付郵寄費(fèi)用，組委會(huì)不支付任何入關(guān)費(fèi)用。
9 參賽者將被通知是否入選展覽，獲獎(jiǎng)結(jié)果將于2011年6月9日星期四開(kāi)幕上公布。

WORKS SUBMITTED FOR THE EXHIBITION
All posters must be designed after 1 January 2009.Minimum size for posters accepted for the exhibition 60 x 42 cm. Maximum size for posters accepted for the exhibition 180 x 120 cm.
An artist or a group of artists may submit a maxmum of 4 posters or series of posters in digital form* to the web address lahtiposter.fi.
The size of the poster documents shall be A4, RGB model, resolution 300 dpi. The files will be received in JGP format in the web address lahtiposter.fi, in which the participants fill a form containing the name(s), date(s) of birth and contact information of the designer(s), the dimensions of the posters (height x width, cm), category, year of design, client, poster titles and their translations in English.
The competition committee will choose the posters to be exhibited from among the digital poster documents, which will be sent as paper versions to Lahti Art Museum, address Vesijärvenkatu 11 A, 15140 Lahti, Finland or to P.O.Box 113, 15111 Lahti, Finland by 28 February 2011.
SUBMISSION DATE AND ADDRESS
The submitted posters shall be sent in digital form to the web address lahtiposter.fi no later than 30 November 2010.
SELECTION
The posters to be exhibited shall be selected by the organizing committee. The prize winning posters shall be selected by an international jury.

EVALUATION PRINCIPLES
Prizes will be awarded to posters meeting high require-ments with regard to creativity, originality, aesthetic quality and communicative function.

Grand Prix 3 500 EuroGrafia Prix 3 000 EuroSecond prize 1 700 EuroThe Lauri Tarasti prize 3 000 EuroCertificates of honourThe jury may also grant other prizes.
RULES
1. The print technique of the posters accepted for the exhibition can be freely selected.
2. The participation form shall be filled carefully and sent together with the poster images to the web address lahtiposter.fi.
3. The information given in the form will be used in the catalogue of Lahti Poster Biennial. The organizers are not responsible for information supplied by the sender in the participation form.
4. The organizers are entitled to stage exhibitions of the submitted entries in Finland and elsewhere. The organizers are entitled to reproduce submitted posters for information and publication purposes, for educational purposes and marketing without payment. The organ-izers are entitled to reproduce submitted works for the exhibition catalogue, in other printed matter and in digital form and to distribute them to the public via internet and other information networks.
5. The posters and image material will not be returned. They remain in the collections of Poster Museum.
6. The posters accepted for the exhibition must not be framed or mounted.
7. The posters accepted for the exhibition shall be packa-ged carefully. The organizers take no responsibility for damage during transport. PLEASE PROVIDE THE PACKAGE WITH THE LABEL "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE".
8. The accepted participant shall pay all shipping and insurance costs.
9. The participants will be informed of approval for the exhibition. The results will be made public and the prizes and awards will be distributed at the opening ceremony on Thursday 9 June 2011 at 6 p.m.
10. All designers submitting entries for the biennial are heartily welcome to the opening of the exhibition.
EXHIBITION CATALOGUE
The exhibition catalogue costs 50 Euro when ordered in advance and 60 Euro after May 2011.
The material shall be submitted for the archives of Poster Museum. The headings of all posters shall be translated into English.
