一、主題：發(fā)展中國(guó)家的建筑設(shè)計(jì)
發(fā)展中國(guó)家的建筑設(shè)計(jì)充滿活力、日新月異，是世界建筑史上一段具有里程碑意義的篇章。本次設(shè)計(jì)大展，希望能夠最廣泛的吸納具有發(fā)展中國(guó)家特色的建筑設(shè)計(jì)作品，最大限度的評(píng)選并表彰具有特色的設(shè)計(jì)作品，以促進(jìn)國(guó)際建筑設(shè)計(jì)文化交流。
二、參賽資格
國(guó)內(nèi)外設(shè)計(jì)院校師生、設(shè)計(jì)師、設(shè)計(jì)愛好者均可參賽，允許以個(gè)人或團(tuán)隊(duì)（不超過5人）的形式參賽。
三、作品提交要求
1.設(shè)計(jì)作品必須選址于發(fā)展中國(guó)家，可以是已建、在建或者未建的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目，也可以是試驗(yàn)性研究與探討或者是學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì)作業(yè)；
2.設(shè)計(jì)作品的圖紙圖幅以及內(nèi)容不限，但電子文件應(yīng)為JPG或者PDF格式，其分辨率不應(yīng)低于100DPI；
3.設(shè)計(jì)作品的圖紙中應(yīng)包括簡(jiǎn)要的設(shè)計(jì)說明，能夠輔助說明作品的設(shè)計(jì)意圖和特色，字符數(shù)不限，但語言文字應(yīng)為中文（繁體、簡(jiǎn)體均可）或者英文；
4.本次大賽只接受設(shè)計(jì)作品的電子文件，且電子文件不要超過50M，須連同報(bào)名表一并同時(shí)發(fā)送至組委會(huì)指定的電子郵箱：SHEJIDAZHAN@163.COM，為公平起見，報(bào)名表需要再次單獨(dú)發(fā)送至主辦方的電子郵箱：ARCHITECTURESOCIETY@OUTLOOK.COM和HES-ASIAPACIFIC@HOTMAIL.COM，以備份報(bào)名信息；
5.參賽者須提交的電子文件包括：報(bào)名表、設(shè)計(jì)作品、繳費(fèi)憑證的截圖或照片，學(xué)生證件的電子掃描件（若有）、指導(dǎo)教師推薦意見的電子掃描件（若有）、參賽設(shè)計(jì)作品在其他賽事獲獎(jiǎng)證書的電子掃描件（若有）；
6.作品提交截止日期為2015年12月31日，組委會(huì)將于2016年1月初評(píng)獎(jiǎng)并頒發(fā)證書。

4.銅獎(jiǎng)（3000項(xiàng)）
5.優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)（不限名額）
6.提名獎(jiǎng)（不限名額）
7.入圍獎(jiǎng)（所有符合作品提交要求的項(xiàng)目均可直接獲得入圍獎(jiǎng)及以上獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)）
注意事項(xiàng)：以上7個(gè)級(jí)別的獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)將由國(guó)際建筑學(xué)會(huì)、亞洲太平洋地區(qū)人居環(huán)境學(xué)會(huì)簽發(fā)獲獎(jiǎng)證書。其中，在各級(jí)別競(jìng)賽、展覽、學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)中獲獎(jiǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)作品，可憑借獲獎(jiǎng)證書的電子掃描件直接獲得優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)及以上獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)；而在國(guó)家級(jí)別競(jìng)賽、展覽、學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)中獲獎(jiǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)作品，可憑借獲獎(jiǎng)證書的電子掃描件直接獲得銅獎(jiǎng)及以上獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)；值得一提的是，學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì)作品經(jīng)指導(dǎo)教師推薦之后，可直接獲得提名獎(jiǎng)及以上獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，但應(yīng)提交包含有推薦意見（中文或者英文）和指導(dǎo)教師簽名的電子掃描件；所有符合作品提交要求的參賽作品，均可獲得入圍獎(jiǎng)及以上獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。對(duì)于部分獲得最佳建筑設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)的作品，組委會(huì)將可能組織香港媒體進(jìn)行報(bào)道或者對(duì)作者進(jìn)行訪談，具體情況另行通知。獲得金獎(jiǎng)及以上獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的設(shè)計(jì)作品，除了獲得獲獎(jiǎng)證書外，還將由亞洲太平洋地區(qū)人居環(huán)境學(xué)會(huì)收藏，并頒發(fā)收藏證書。
六、費(fèi)用
1.參賽作品須繳納少量費(fèi)用，支付幣種應(yīng)為人民幣或者美元。該費(fèi)用將由承辦機(jī)構(gòu)收取。中國(guó)大陸地區(qū)的參賽者（每個(gè)參賽項(xiàng)目）須繳納700元人民幣（學(xué)生作品為350元人民幣，需提供學(xué)生證件的電子掃描件），其他國(guó)家和地區(qū)的參賽者（每個(gè)參賽項(xiàng)目）須繳納150美元（學(xué)生作品為75美元，需提供學(xué)生證件的電子掃描件）。

Theme: architectural design in developing countries
The architectural design of developing countries is full of vigor and vitality, and it is a milestone in the history of world architecture. This design exhibition, hope to be able to attract the most extensive architectural design works of developing countries, the maximum selection and recognition of the characteristics of the design work, to promote international architectural design and cultural exchange.
Qualification
Both teachers and students, designers and design enthusiasts can participate in the domestic and foreign design institutions, allowing the individual or team (no more than 5) in the form of competition.
Submission requirements
1. The design work must be located in developing countries, can be built, in the construction or not built in the actual project, it can be a pilot study and discussion or students design work;
2. The design work of the drawing and the content is not limited, but electronic documents should be JPG or PDF format, its resolution should not be less than 100DPI;
3. The design work of the drawings should include a brief description of the design, to assist the work of the design intent and characteristics, the number of characters is not limited, but the language should be the Chinese (traditional, simplified) or English;
4. The competition only accepts electronic documents, and the electronic documents must do not exceed 50M, they must be sent to the e-mail box, SHEJIDAZHAN@163.COM.For the sake of fairness, the registration form is required to send to HES-ASIAPACIFIC@HOTMAIL.COM and ARCHITECTURESOCIETY@OUTLOOK.COM, to back up the registration information;
5. The electronic documents submitted by the participants include: registration form, design work, payment voucher or photo, electronic scan of student ID (if any), electronic scan of the recommendation (if any), the electronic scan of the award certificate (if any);
6. Submission deadline is December 31, 2015, the organizing committee will award and awarded a certificate in January 2016.

Note: the above awards will be issued by IAS,HESAP award certificate. Among them, the award-winning design works can be by virtue of certificate of award-winning pieces of electronic scanning directly obtained Excellence Award or better;those once in national level activities in the award-winning works, can directly receive Bronze Award or better; by the way, students design works after the teacher recommended by, direct access to the Nomination Award or better; all conforms to the work requirements of the entries submitted, can get Finalist Award or better. The organizing committee is likely to report some of the Best Architectural Design Award works by the Hongkong media, or interview some of the authors, but the specific circumstances need to be notified separately. Gold Award works and Best Architectural Design Award works, will also be collected and issued a collection certificate by HESAP.
Entry fee
1. Entries must pay a small fee, to be paid in RMB currency or US dollars. The fee is paid to the contractor. Participants (each entry) in mainland China have to pay 700 yuan (350 yuan for student works, the student must provide electronic scanning of the student card), participants (each entry) from other countries and regions have to pay U.S.$ 150 (U.S.$ 75 for student works, the student must provide Electronic scanning of the student card).
